Terms and Conditions for BookWildlifeSafari

1. Booking and Confirmation:

   • All bookings are subject to availability.
   • To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Details will be provided during the booking process.

2. Payment:

   • Full payment must be received by the specified due date. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • In the event of cancellation, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the advice in writing, and charges are as follows:
     • Between 46 days to 60 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
     • Between 31 days to 59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
     • Up to 30 days prior to arrival or No Show: No Refund.
   • Note: Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday. Any cancellations sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
   • Christmas and New Year Period (20 December to 5 January):
     • During this period, payments are non-refundable.
   • Cancellation after Commencement:
     • If you cancel the trip after commencement, refunds will be restricted. The amount depends on what we can recover from hoteliers/contractors for unused accommodation, transportation, missed meals, etc.

4. Changes to Itinerary:

   • We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or other external factors. Alternative arrangements will be provided to the best of our ability.

5. Health and Safety:

   • It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and medically fit for the chosen safari. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before traveling.

6. Travel Insurance:

   • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

7. Force Majeure:

   • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, and government restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability:

   • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property arising from circumstances beyond our control.

9. Disputes:

   • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to [Jurisdiction], and the laws of [Jurisdiction] will apply.
